Data Deletion Instructions

Your right to deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, for any reason. Under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and we honour deletion requests from everyone regardless of where you live. Deleting your data is free.

What data we hold

For a registered LLMBOO account we may hold:

• Your account identity — name and email address. If you signed in with Google, GitHub, or Facebook, this is the name and email that provider shared with us to create your login (we do not receive or store your provider password).
• The store or brand you asked us to track — brand name, website URL, and category.
• Your scan history and reports — AI-visibility scores and generated suggestions.
• Basic usage and contact records — e.g. emails you sent us and weekly-report preferences.

Card and payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on LLMBOO servers.

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Email us (works today)

Send an email to hello@llmboo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data". That's all you need to say. We use the sending address to verify the request; if you signed in with a social provider, please email from that same address.

Option 2 — In your account settings

When you are signed in, open Account → Delete account to remove your account and its data yourself. If you don't see this option yet, use the email route above and we'll do it for you.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can remove LLMBOO's access to your Facebook account at any time:

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find LLMBOO in the list and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops any further sharing from Facebook. To also delete the account data we already hold, email hello@llmboo.com as described above and we will erase it. The same applies to Google and GitHub — you can revoke LLMBOO's access in your Google or GitHub account settings, and email us to delete the stored data.

What happens, and how long it takes

Once we verify your request, we delete your account and associated personal data from our live systems within 30 days, and confirm to you in writing when it's done. Data in encrypted backups is removed on our normal backup-rotation cycle shortly afterwards.

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, invoice and transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes under Lithuanian and EU law (held via Stripe and our accounting records). These are retained only for the legally required period and are not used for any other purpose. Aggregated or anonymised data that can no longer identify you may be kept.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
