## Questions

Why do the two lists have different prices?
They are different products. Self-serve is software: it finds the gaps and writes the fixes, and you publish them. Managed is a service: our team does the work across your catalogue each month. Most brands start self-serve and move to managed when they want it done for them rather than by them.

Can I switch between them?
Yes, at any time. Your scan history and tracking carry over, so you keep the before-and-after either way.

Do the plugins cost extra?
No. The WordPress and OpenCart plugins are free and work with every option, including the free tier.

Which currency do you bill in?
All prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the exact amount and applies any VAT before you pay.

Do you guarantee a #1 recommendation?
No, and nobody honestly can: the assistants are third parties. We guarantee real measurement and the work. The score, tracked over time, tells you whether it is working.
